I bet it's full of unnecessary log files going back years that take up a lot of room. Unable to Download large files on... Also, don't be scared to use management tools other than the SBS console to look around. The WSUS content you can move from the SBS console (move windows update repository, or some link like that to start the move wizard), but the db itself you need to Very simple to follow, and works!
