One had it for just a few days before it "fixed" itself and has been fine since. Now with 2 of the sites it will happen about once a week. (one of them this morning). It may appear to have run, but it really didn't complete like it should. In Add or Remove Programs, select Windows Small Business Server 2003 and then click Change/Remove. The first monitoring report after the upgrade would be horked and I would run the motioring and reporting wizard to reset it. Are you guys and gals seeing the 0x8013904's in Task Manager?

I poked around in WSUS and went thru all the settings to verify (comparing to a known working server), there was nothing incorrect but I clicked ok on all dialogs as

Have you checked other factors except shrinking WSUS database? From what I can see, the issue is in Update Services. How? This is driving us crazy!
