Have you checked other factors except shrinking WSUS database? Please delete the stsfltr Filter. I have uininstalled WSUS 3.0 SP1 and reinstalled and added 127.0.0.1 to the default website. If I have misunderstood the problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.
