When I install symantec tape drivers, it finds the drive fine and installes the drivers. Then I tried to install my Epson 1240 Perfection scanner (having found an XP driver for it on the Epson website) and the problem reoccurred. the Database is Corrupt.
My question that I have seen very little attempted answer for: Is there a fix for this and if so, what is it?
