Great fix and thanks for helping the community! Veritas backup exec is reporting a corrupt database or corrupt database element when it is trying to backup a particular persons email box. It says that it loaded the device and it shows up in the device manager. Stop the Removable Storage Service, if started. The database is corrupt. VOX : Backup and Recovery : Backup Exec : RSM cannot manage library Tape2.
