It have other printers on the local machine that can delete just fine.

Well it sorta deleted it....it made it so i couldnt print to it anymore....but it still showed it as being there as a printer.....that was unavailable. Then restart on the remote computer the "Print Spooler / Spooler" service in order to take changes into account.
