Powerpoint Cannot Find Vids Dvsd Decompressor

The AVI's play fine outside of Powerpoint in windows media player but cannot be inserted as movie or as a windows media object due to the vids:dvsd problem. Also, Windows Media Player still plays these .avi movies just fine, so obviously there's a codec forthis in my computer somewhere.
