With regular use, Reimage will constantly refresh your operating system which will keep your computer running at its best. Isn't it simply erased, along with the malware that caused it? If antivirus is responsible for this is the error you could exclude your *.bak from beeing scanned or add your backup folder as an exclusion. Do you have a SQL 'cluster' setup within CommVault?
